Role title: Growth & Creative Strategy Manager
Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)
Experience required: Minimum 5 years at a digital marketing agency or creative consultancy, with demonstrable experience in business development, marketing strategies and client growth.
We're looking for someone who understands how agencies grow - you need to identify opportunities, build compelling solutions, win business and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
The agency: Paper Plane Tales is boutique creative agency based in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
We work with growth-stage brands across industries, to get them to what's next through strategy, storytelling, branding, digital marketing, technology and creative execution.
Unlike traditional agencies, we build bespoke teams around every client challenge.

- Experienced in business development, client servicing and digital marketing
- Confident leading pitches and presenting to founders, CXOs and marketing heads
- Able to understand business challenges and translate them into marketing solutions
- Comfortable developing proposals, scopes, budgets and commercials
- Familiar with branding, websites, campaigns, social media and digital marketing
- Commercially minded, organised and proactive
- Able to self-motivate and multi-task
- Naturally curious, organised and proactive

Job Role:
- Drive new business development, lead generation and pipeline growth
- Develop marketing recommendations, proposals and pitch presentations
- Lead pitch conversations and coordinate new client onboarding
- Drive PPT's own marketing, positioning, website and business growth
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing accounts, working closely with Account Leads
- Support account teams in developing growth recommendations and expanding client scopes
