What You'll Do
Your primary mission is simple:
Help SoulSurfer grow.
That means you'll work directly with the Founder across business development, partnerships, execution and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
-- Calling HR Leaders, CHROs, School Leaders & Decision Makers to generate qualified business opportunities
-- Following up with leads, scheduling meetings and maintaining our sales pipeline
-- Supporting school partnerships, corporate outreach and strategic collaborations
-- Travelling with the Founder for meetings, workshops, conferences, school programs, corporate sessions and special events
-- Capturing behind-the-scenes content, photos and videos during events
--- Preparing proposals, presentations and research documents
--- Identifying new business opportunities and partnership ideas
--- Helping execute everything required to take SoulSurfer to the next level

Location
📍 On-site – Gurugram
Candidates currently based in Gurugram will be preferred, as the role involves regular travel for meetings, workshops and events.
