Nira Naturals is a healthy cafe building an everyday shop for natural and transparent food - everything made in front of you, nothing added. We're rated 5.0 on Google, and are now ready to grow.
We're looking for a growth associate to work directly with the founder across:
• Brand and in-shop communication
• Instagram, website and Google Business Profile
• Swiggy, Zomato, Toing and our own delivery
• Local partnerships with offices, gyms, hospitals and societies
• Billing, CRM and subscriptions
• Menu development and shop operations
You would be a great fit if you are a fresher, student or early-career professional in Bengaluru, a clear communicator, curious about healthy food, and keen to build a business hands-on - ideally with your own startup in mind one day.
Location: HSR Layout, hybrid · Stipend ₹10,000–25,000/month
