Pankaj Engineering Works is looking for an ambitious, curious, and people-oriented Growth & Client Relations Associate to help us expand our presence across India's industrial and infrastructure ecosystem.
This is a dynamic, field-oriented role where you'll meet companies, understand their businesses and upcoming projects, build professional relationships, and identify opportunities where Pankaj Engineering Works can add value.
What You'll Do
- Identify companies, projects, and industries where our equipment and services could be relevant.
- Research upcoming projects, plant expansions, shutdowns, infrastructure developments, and other market opportunities.
- Introduce Pankaj Engineering Works to relevant professionals and decision-makers across organisations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, project teams, and industry professionals.
- Visit corporate offices, factories, industrial facilities, and project sites across India.
- Share company profiles, capabilities, and equipment information with relevant contacts.
- Stay connected with organisations and keep track of their upcoming requirements and activities.
- Maintain a structured network of contacts and continuously expand the company's reach within the industry.
- Identify and communicate promising opportunities to the management team.
- Work closely with management to convert market insights and opportunities into meaningful business outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
- Curious, confident, energetic, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who enjoys networking, exploring new places, and understanding how businesses operate.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client visits across India.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Freshers are welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in industrial, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is a plus.
