IT Support Specialist – Navi Mumbai
We're hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure, and asset management support in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers & peripherals (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Provision, deploy, replace & decommission IT equipment
- Support network connectivity, printing, voice, AV & workplace tech
- Install/troubleshoot switches, routers, access points
- Asset management: receive, register, label, image, track & audit IT assets
- Support office moves, hardware refreshes & infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with vendors and Level 2/remote support teams
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting Windows/macOS/Linux, mobiles, printers, office IT infra
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, APs)
- Hardware asset management & inventory control experience
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation & customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with remote teams/vendors
Location: Navi Mumbai (onsite) Contract: B2B, 1 year (extendable) via Sharp Brains Rate: $500 USD/month gross, no benefits
