About the Role
At 1st RAY Media, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visuals that drive engagement and business results.
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of brands across industries, creating high-quality designs for social media, advertising campaigns, branding, print, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities
* Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousel creatives, and digital campaigns.
* Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads.
* Design restaurant menus, brochures, flyers, standees, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
* Develop logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines.
* Create website banners, landing page graphics, and promotional creatives.
* Revise and improve designs based on internal and client feedback.
* Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
* Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of all design assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Strong working knowledge of Canva.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Lightroom is an advantage.
* Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent visual communication skills.
* Positive attitude toward feedback and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
* Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
* Basic photo editing and retouching skills.
* Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
* A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing creatives.
