🎯 About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer with a creative spark and technical precision to craft visually stunning designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools like Figma or Dreamweaver.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visual assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and offline branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative requirements.
- Conceptualize and design visual stories that align with the brand tone and campaign goals.
- Work on logos, illustrations, infographics, web layouts, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital and offline mediums.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats while maintaining brand integrity.
- Stay updated on design trends, color psychology, and typography.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
🛠️ Required Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.
- Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in digital and print media.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion graphics (a plus).
- Strong communication and visual storytelling ability.
