About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling designs across digital and print platforms. If you're passionate about creating impactful visuals and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and email marketing.
- Create branding materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, standees, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop visually engaging graphics for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity across all design assets.
- Edit images, illustrations, and videos (basic editing) as required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
- Working knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
