💰 Compensation
- ₹3,000–₹4,000 per completed project batch
- Payment upon successful completion and approval of assigned deliverables
- Commission for every successfully converted client
🎯 Project Targets
Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Social Media Posts
- Instagram Reel Edits
- Story Creatives
- Promotional Banners/Flyers
- Submit editable source files
Business Development
- Cold Calls
- LinkedIn Connection Requests per week
- Follow-up Messages per week
- Schedule client meetings
- Maintain and update the lead tracker
✅ Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
