Role Description<
/strong> This is an internship role for a Marketing and Business Development Intern working closely with the co-founder at Healmee, in a hybrid setup based in Bengaluru South with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, assist in identifying new business opportunities, and help manage customer outreach and relationship-building activities.
Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, preparing presentations and pitch materials, supporting social media and other marketing campaigns, and coordinating with potential partners or clients. The intern will also help gather customer feedback, maintain basic sales and lead-tracking records, and collaborate with the co-founder on strategic planning and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, support campaign planning, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic deal support.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model in Bengaluru South, with proficiency in English and basic digital tools (e.g., AI, social media, spreadsheets, canva etc.).
- Relevant coursework or prior internships in marketing, business, or related fields are beneficial; a strong interest in startups and the health/wellness sector is a plus.
