Sales & Business Development Intern — Dharma Angels

About the Role
We are looking for 3 ambitious Sales & Business Development Interns to join Dharma Angels for a 3-month, part-time internship.
You will work directly on business development and growth initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, outreach, partnerships and startup growth.
This is a performance-based opportunity. The strongest performers will be considered for a full-time job offer after the internship.
What You'll Do
Identify and research potential customers, partners and business opportunities
Build targeted lead lists
Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels
Pitch Dharma Angels' portfolio companies/products to potential customers and partners
Qualify leads and book meetings
Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
Support partnership and business-development initiatives
Track outreach, conversations and conversions
Experiment with different sales strategies to improve results
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Are highly ambitious and entrepreneurial
Have excellent spoken and written English
Are confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
Are comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach
Are persistent and don't get discouraged by rejection
Can work independently and take ownership
Have an interest in startups, AI, technology, wellness or sustainability
Prior sales/BD experience is a plus, but not required
Internship Details
Duration: 3 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Openings: 3
Location: Remote / India
Compensation: Commission-based
Future opportunity: Top performers will be considered for a full-time position
