Role Description The Graduate Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting users in their interview preparation and career development. In this role, the consultant will conduct online consultation sessions, help users identify strengths and areas for improvement, and guide them through effective interview strategies and career planning. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing user profiles and feedback, preparing tailored recommendations, and collaborating with senior consultants to refine practice plans and learning paths. The Graduate Consultant will also contribute to improving platform resources, such as guidelines, templates, and FAQs, and may assist in creating basic content to support learners. Regular communication with users and internal teams through online tools and meetings is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
- Ability to analyze user needs and provide structured guidance on interview preparation and career development.
- Comfort with remote work tools and online collaboration platforms (video conferencing, shared documents, chat tools).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, interview formats, or campus placement practices is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in business, humanities, social sciences, or related areas are an advantage.
