Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Government Sales Specialist with a strong government-sector network and proven experience in generating and closing government business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across government departments, PSUs, and government organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and GeM opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Develop the government sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, bids, presentations, and negotiations.
- Travel extensively for government meetings, tenders, presentations, and client engagements.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Government Sales.
- Strong government-sector network and relationships.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and government tenders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing government deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
