Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting hosting solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide product demonstrations, and offer ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, contributing to promotional content, tracking performance metrics, and aligning sales activities with marketing initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, participating in training sessions, and staying up to date with market trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, educate clients on products, and share best practices with team members.
- Experience in hosting, cloud services, or technology solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Indore and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
