We're hiring a ghostwriter — writing posts, managing the accounts, and keeping a consistent presence on both platforms. Not a full-time role — ongoing freelance/retainer basis.
What you'll do
- Write posts in the founder's voice for X and LinkedIn
- Manage both accounts — scheduling, monitoring, replying to comments/DMs
- Build and maintain a content calendar tied to marketing goals
- Track performance and adjust based on what's working
Must have
- Proven ghostwriting for X/LinkedIn, ideally B2B/agency
- Can nail a specific tone/voice consistently
- Comfortable with scheduling tools (Typefully)
- Sharp writing, tight deadlines
Nice to have
- Portfolio of past social work
- Experience running accounts for an agency
- Good grasp of Google Ads / digital marketing so posts don't sound generic
