Mahavir Group is Hiring | General Manager – Sales (Electric Vehicles) | Hyderabad
Mahavir Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales (EV) to lead our Electric Vehicle Sales business in Hyderabad. We are seeking a strategic leader with a strong track record in automotive sales, business growth, and team leadership.
Location: Hyderabad (Only Hyderabad-based candidates will be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and drive high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
- Expand market presence through customer acquisition, dealer network development, and business expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with organizational processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and After-Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Automotive Sales, with mandatory experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large sales teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of EV market dynamics, dealership operations, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and achieve business targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- Must be currently based in Hyderabad.
