Position Summary:
This is not a routine operations role.
We are looking for a high-calibre project leader who can operate as the central command and control layer across all projects, ensuring execution velocity, discipline, and predictability at scale.
You will directly oversee project managers running multiple EPC sites and act as the single-point accountability bridge between execution teams and the Managing Director.

What You Will Be Accountable For:
1. Total Project Health (Non-Negotiable)
- Ensure all projects are running within defined:
- Timelines
- Cost frameworks
- Quality benchmarks
- No surprises. No delayed escalations.
2. Training and driving Project Managers
- Own performance of all project managers
- Create a high accountability culture across sites
- Intervene where required—without micro-managing
3. Real-Time Control & Intervention
- Build and run tight review mechanisms (weekly/daily dashboards)
- Identify slippages early and act decisively
- Fix bottlenecks in engineering, procurement, or execution
4. Direct Interface with MD
- Filter, structure, and escalate only critical issues
- Present clear, data-backed decision inputs
- Ensure MD bandwidth is used only where necessary
5. Speed as a Competitive Advantage
- Continuously push for faster execution cycles
- Challenge traditional EPC inefficiencies
- Standardize execution playbooks across projects
6. Robotics & Innovation-Driven Execution
- Actively drive deployment of in-house robotics and automation on sites
- Identify execution areas where speed/productivity can be improved
- Build a culture that accepts change and experimentation
7. Design–Execution Integration
- Ensure engineering outputs are practical and site-ready
- Eliminate friction between design teams and execution teams
- Lead value engineering across projects

This role is fully outcome-driven. Performance will be evaluated on:
Execution KPIs
- % of projects delivered on or ahead of schedule
- Reduction in project overruns (time and cost)
- Average cycle time improvement across projects
Financial KPIs
- Project-level margin protection/improvement
- Working capital efficiency (billing vs execution alignment)
Operational KPIs
- Productivity benchmarks (output per crew/team)
- Reduction in unresolved execution issues/escalations
- Variance between planned vs actual progress
Leadership KPIs
- Performance improvement of project managers
- Reduction in MD-level escalations over time
- Quality of reporting and decision inputs
Innovation KPIs
- Adoption of robotics/automation across projects
- Measurable efficiency gains from new methods
- Standardization of best practices
Key Competencies/Traits Required:
- 20–30+ years in EPC / turnkey execution
- Experience handling multiple concurrent projects at scale
- Strong exposure to both design coordination and execution environments
- Has led or overseen project managers / cluster-level operations
- High-speed operator with strong control mindset
- Naturally decisive and outcome-oriented
- Can handle pressure without chaos
- Mature enough to escalate appropriately—not excessively
- Open to non-traditional execution approaches
- Strong command over both technical and commercial aspects

Role & Compensation Details
- This would be a 1-year fixed term contract. Contract completion will be reviewed against succession readiness and the incumbent may be considered for advanced responsibilities or alternate opportunities within the company.
