Job Description – General Manager
Position: General Manager
Industry: Hydro Power Plant / Solar Industry
Location: Pan India
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Travel Expenses: Available as per company policy
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall business operations and project activities.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Manage resources efficiently and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Travel across Pan India as required for project and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management position.
- Experience in the Hydro Power Plant or Solar/Renewable Energy Industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operations efficiently.
- Willingness to travel across India.
