About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of our two premium resort properties (4-Star and 5-Star) located in Sasan Gir, Gujarat.
In this multi-property leadership role, you will be responsible for upholding world-class service standards, driving guest satisfaction, managing operational efficiency across departments, and leading high-performing hospitality teams in an iconic wildlife destination.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Resort Operations: Direct and supervise all daily operations across both 4-star and 5-star properties, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Champion exceptional guest service standards, personalize VIP interactions, proactively resolve guest feedback, and maintain top review ratings across all travel platforms.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train department heads and ground staff to maintain consistent luxury service culture and operational discipline.
Financial Performance: Oversee operating budgets, revenue management, cost control, inventory, and procurement across both properties to ensure profitability.
Quality & Compliance: Enforce stringent hygiene, safety, licensing, eco-tourism regulations, and brand standards tailored to luxury wildlife resort settings.
Vendor & Local Liaison: Coordinate with local safari operators, forest department authorities, and local suppliers to ensure seamless guest itineraries and supply chain reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2-4 years in resort/hotel operations, Resort Manager, or Operations Manager role overseeing 4-star or 5-star properties. Prior multi-property or wildlife/destination resort experience is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration.
Skills: Strong leadership, P&L acumen, crisis management, F&B operations knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is a strong advantage.
Work Arrangement: Willingness to relocate and reside on-site at Sasan Gir.
