General Manager – Electromagnetic Light Duty Feeders
📍 Location: Pune / Remote
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
CTC - As per Interview Discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales for the Domestic Market Team and Distribution Network.
* Develop and expand Export OEM business.
* Build and strengthen distribution sales networks across the US and Europe.
* Drive target-based sales and business growth.
* Lead the development of product sales, service and logistics.
* Support distributors with sales and after-sales training.
* Manage and strengthen customer relationships and business opportunities.
Education & Experience/ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong experience in sales & after-sales of electromagnetic feeders, preferably light-duty feeders.
- Proven track record in domestic and international market development.
- Experience managing distributors, OEMs and sales teams.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and leadership skills.
