We're Hiring: General Manager – Hotel Apartments
We're on the lookout for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of our brand new Hotel Apartments property in India. This is a rare opportunity to shape a property from the ground up — owning everything from guest experience to bottom-line performance.

What You'll Own:
🏢 Daily Operations — Oversee all aspects of property operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
🧹 Housekeeping Coordination — Manage housekeeping standards and schedules to maintain immaculate, guest-ready apartments at all times.
🤝 Guest Relations — Be the face of the property; resolve guest concerns proactively and build an experience that turns first-time guests into repeat customers.
📈 Sales & Marketing — Drive occupancy through strategic sales initiatives, partnerships, and marketing efforts that boost brand visibility.
💰 Daily Pricing & Revenue Strategy — Own dynamic pricing decisions, monitor market trends, and optimize rates to maximize revenue.
📋 Compliance — Ensure the property meets all regulatory, legal, and safety standards at all times.
📊 P&L Ownership — Take full accountability for the property's financial performance — budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience managing hotel apartments, serviced residences, or similar hospitality operations
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
• Excellent leadership and guest-facing communication skills
• Working knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategy
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you treat the property like it's your own
