Job Description – Full Owner Search (FOS)
Position: Full Owner Search (FOS) – Title Searcher
Experience: 1–12 Years

Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced US Title Search professionals with hands-on experience in Full Owner Search (FOS). The candidate will be responsible for researching property records, establishing the chain of title, verifying ownership, and identifying liens, judgments, mortgages, taxes, and other title-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Full Owner Searches (FOS) for US properties.
- Research current and historical ownership through public and paid records.
- Review and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, releases, and tax records.
- Establish and verify the chain of title.
- Review legal descriptions, including metes & bounds where applicable.
- Conduct county/city tax searches and review relevant property records.
- Identify title defects, encumbrances, ownership transfers, and other exceptions.
- Prepare accurate and complete Title Search Reports / Abstracts.
- Ensure searches meet client requirements, quality standards, productivity and TAT.
- Work with county websites and online title-search databases.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in US Title Search – Full Owner Search (FOS).
- Good understanding of the US Title Insurance / US Mortgage process.
- Strong knowledge of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, taxes and legal descriptions.
- Good understanding of Chain of Title.
- Experience searching multiple US states is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Candidates with experience in Nationwide, Florida, Texas, California or other US states will be preferred.
