Hummingbird is hiring for multiple Client Service roles for one of our San Francisco-based clients working on AI-powered healthcare solutions. The roles involve verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, communicating with US insurance payers, documenting information, and supporting day-to-day healthcare operations.
Looking for candidates with strong English communication, American English proficiency, attention to detail, and comfort with phone-based work. US healthcare or dental insurance experience is a plus.
Comfortable working US EST/PST hours.
