Role Purpose – To execute assigned FTTH/field survey activities across Pune and PCMC, identify greenfield and brownfield buildings, capture accurate building and decision-maker data, support building onboarding/in-building agreements, and drive FTTH and B2B order generation after Business Case (BC) approval.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily route plans issued by the War Room and complete assigned survey clusters.
• Survey approximately 3.5 route-km per day and ensure 100% closure of assigned clusters within schedule.
• Identify greenfield and brownfield buildings and capture all required details as per the approved survey template.
• Capture geo-coordinates, photographs and builder/society/FM decision-maker information accurately.
• Maintain real-time coordination and reporting with the backend desk during field hours.
• Initiate contact with builders, society representatives and facility managers and support in-building agreement closure.
• After cluster BC approval, generate FTTH registrations and B2B/enterprise orders in the surveyed cluster.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of route, KMZ/KML, chainage and network-related information.

Sales: Cluster Order Booking (post-BC approval) Enterprise / B2B and FTTH orders booked in the cluster surveyed by the executive, from the date of cluster BC approval. B2B first: 2 enterprise orders + 25 FTTH registrations per approved cluster Weekly 15%
Sales: Building Conversion Support Support in converting identified buildings into signed in-building agreements. Support closure of 100% of A-band buildings in own cluster Weekly 5%

Performance & Accountability – Performance will be reviewed against the above KRAs and assigned route/cluster plans. Targets may be tracked through daily field reporting, backend validation, survey data, decision-maker engagement, BC approvals, building conversion and sales outcomes.
Candidate Profile – Field-sales/survey experience in FTTH, telecom, ISP, real estate, broadband or related B2B/B2C environments is preferred. Strong local knowledge of Pune/PCMC, communication skills, field mobility and ability to work with digital survey/reporting tools are desirable.
