About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Property Advisors to join our real estate sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, arranging site visits, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and handle property sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Pune real estate is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
