Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support channel partners and Employee Relationship Managers (ERMs) for NPS account opening activities.
• Resolve partner and customer queries related to NPS processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and issue resolution.
• Provide on-ground support during partner activation campaigns, help desks, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage the sales floor to maximise NPS conversions and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct basic training and handholding sessions for partners on NPS processes and digital journeys.
Who Should Apply?
• Graduates from any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
