Key Responsibilities:

✅Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.

✅Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.

✅Maintain front office cleanliness and presentability.

✅Handle courier dispatch/receipt and maintain records.

✅Assist in administrative and operational tasks as needed.

✅Coordinate with internal departments and support the HR/Admin team.
