We are Hiringš¢: Thumbnail Artist
Team: Marketing | Experience: 6 months to 1 year | Type: Full-time
The Hook:
You have about 2 seconds to make someone stop scrolling. Our thumbnails have to win that battle every single day, and were looking for a creative mind who loves that challenge. If you can turn a video idea into an image people cant help but click, we want to meet you.
What Youll Do:
1. Create scroll-stoppers Design thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and promotional content that grab attention instantly.
2. Think like a viewer :Work with our content and marketing teams to understand each videos story and who its meant for.
3. Test, learn, repeat: Build multiple variations for A/B testing and use the results to push our click-through rates higher.
4. Move fast, stay flexible: Handle multiple projects, hit tight deadlines, and take feedback in stride.
Youre Our Person If You Have:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in thumbnail or graphic design
2. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator or Canva is a bonus)
3. A good eye for composition, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
4. Knowledge of YouTube thumbnail specs and best practices
5. The ability to make bold designs with text thats clear at a glance
6. Good communication and time management
7. A portfolio that shows your best work (this is a must)
Bonus Points:
1. Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
2. Understanding of audience psychology and CTR optimization
3. Previous experience with a marketing or content team.
