Freelance Growth Marketing Executive
MindLoom Care is looking for a Freelance Growth Marketing Executive to work with us on an initial 3-month engagement.
📍 Remote | Kerala preferred
⏰ Part-time / Freelance
What you’ll be working on
• Plan and manage Meta, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Generate quality leads and improve conversions
• Improve the WhatsApp enquiry-to-booking process
• Plan weekly marketing campaigns and growth activities
• Coordinate with our content creators and internal team
• Explore partnership and outreach opportunities
• Track CPL, conversions, customer acquisition cost and ROI
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements
What we’re looking for
• Practical experience in digital or performance marketing
• Good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience running lead-generation campaigns
• Comfortable working with limited budgets and clear targets
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Good English communication; Malayalam preferred
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, education or startups is a plus
