HYPEDIN IS HIRING | CITY LEAD – MUMBAI
Are you someone who understands the Mumbai college ecosystem, enjoys building meaningful connections, and can turn a strong campus network into impactful brand campaigns?
HYPEDIN is looking for a City Lead – Mumbai to take ownership of our campus network and brand projects across the city.
What Will You Do?
Manage Campus Ambassadors
Build, onboard, coordinate, and manage a strong network of Campus Ambassadors across Mumbai.
Build Campus Relationships
Connect with students, college societies, student leaders, and campus communities.
Own Brand Projects
Take ownership of HYPEDIN projects, from planning and coordination to execution.
Drive Campaign Execution
Mobilize Campus Ambassadors and ensure campaign deliverables are completed effectively and on time.
Track & Report
Monitor project progress, collect campaign data, and share regular updates with the central team.
Handle Multiple Projects
Take ownership of multiple projects and increase your earning potential through successful project execution.

₹10,000 Base Pay + Project-Based Incentives
Incentives will be linked to the number and scale of projects you take ownership of and successfully execute.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Well-connected with colleges and student communities in Mumbai
- A strong communicator and relationship builder
- A proactive go-getter with a high sense of ownership
- Good at coordination and project management
- Comfortable working independently
- Experienced in campus marketing, events, community building, or youth marketing (preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Engagement: Freelance / Project-Based
Base Pay: ₹10,000 + Project-Based Incentives
