Company Description The Old Delhi is a culinary brand inspired by the rich gastronomic heritage of Delhi’s historic Mughlai cuisine. Founded by Sahaj Chopra and Sahil Arya, the concept grew from a deep appreciation for iconic dishes such as Nawabi lamb chops, Old Delhi-style butter chicken, and classic kebabs. Team members join an environment that values authenticity, craft, and a genuine love for food. The Old Delhi focuses on growth through quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences.
