FOUNDING TEAM OPPORTUNITY | CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR / FOUNDING CTO – GLAMAXIA
Are you ready to build something from the ground up—not simply join something that already exists?
I am currently building Glamaxia, a future-focused creative and marketing ecosystem at the intersection of advertising, creative production, talent management, and technology.
Glamaxia is in its early stage, with a clear roadmap to develop an integrated ecosystem connecting brands, businesses, models, artists, creators, production services, and digital platforms.
As a solo founder at this stage, I am looking to bring a committed founding team member who can grow with the organization and potentially take on a Director / Co-Founder-level leadership position.

Legal & Compliance
- Legal & Compliance Officer / Manager
- Legal Counsel
- Senior Legal Advisor
- Director – Legal Affairs
- Strong understanding of corporate, contract, IP, technology, labour, and regulatory laws
Finance & Investment
- Finance Lead / Finance & Accounts Manager
- Head of Finance
- Director – Finance & Strategy
- CFO-level professionals
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, startup finance, valuation, financial modelling, investment structures, and investor documentation
Technology / Product
- Founding CTO / CTO
- Full-Stack / Backend / Platform Engineer
- Strong experience in software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or emerging technologies
- Particularly interested in professionals capable of helping build scalable technology infrastructure as Glamaxia progresses toward its AI Asset Library, external APIs/MCP integrations, and eventually blockchain-based infrastructure.
This Is a Founding Opportunity
This is not a conventional employment opportunity.
The selected individual will have the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and participate in shaping Glamaxia's:
- Business strategy
- Legal and governance framework
- Financial architecture
- Technology roadmap
- Operational systems
- Partnerships and growth
- Long-term organizational structure
The exact designation—Co-Founder, Director, Founding CTO, Director – Legal Affairs, Director – Finance & Strategy, or another appropriate leadership designation—will depend on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience, leadership capabilities, level of involvement, and long-term commitment.

As an early-stage venture, Glamaxia is currently operating with limited financial resources. Depending on the role, contribution, and stage of involvement, the compensation structure may include deferred compensation, equity participation, performance-based incentives, and other long-term arrangements.
For the right person, this can become a genuine founding leadership opportunity, rather than simply another position.
Why Glamaxia?
I'm not trying to build another "conventional advertising agency" or "just another freelance platform" or "just another casting agency" or "just a portfolio site." It's none of these—and that distinction matters.
The long-term vision is to develop an ecosystem that brings together creative services, talent, production, marketplaces, digital assets, AI-enabled infrastructure, and eventually decentralized technologies.
We have been selected under Atal Innovation Mission and have been incubated. Hence, we are planning the incorporation soon. The journey is just beginning—and I am looking for someone who wants to be part of building it.
