Company Description
LH2 Holdings is a US-based digital media and products holding company with a vision to build a “digital Berkshire Hathaway.” The organization acquires or partners with high-potential digital businesses and focuses on scaling them for long-term ownership rather than short-term exits. LH2 is led by second-time founders who have previously built technology platforms reaching hundreds of millions of users. Team members join a culture that values entrepreneurship, long-term thinking, and operational excellence in digital-first environments. The company offers opportunities to work closely with experienced founders on strategic growth initiatives.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, working directly with the founders’ office on Sales & Partnerships. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and nurturing relationships with digital businesses, partners, and key stakeholders that align with LH2 Holdings’ growth strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management; preparing and delivering presentations; and supporting negotiations for partnerships or acquisitions. The individual will collaborate with founders to conduct market research, analyze potential deals, and create strategic proposals and business cases. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners, tracking performance of partnerships, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Experience in strategic partnerships, deal evaluation, and negotiation, preferably in digital media, technology, or online products.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and create clear business cases, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and structured thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or prior experience in consulting, investment, or high-growth startups is a plus.
- Interest in digital businesses, long-term investing, and building enduring companies; prior exposure to M&A or venture-backed companies is beneficial.
