About BAOIAMAt BAOIAM, we are building the next generation of affordable, career-focused education for students across India. As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact initiatives across strategy, operations, product, marketing, partnerships, hiring, and business growth.
This role is designed for highly curious, ambitious, and execution-focused individuals who want to experience what it takes to build and scale a startup from the inside.
What You'll Do- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Assist in business planning, growth strategy, and execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Product, Tech, Sales, Design, Operations).
- Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and meeting notes.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Support hiring, partnerships, and business development activities.
- Brainstorm and execute new ideas for improving products and processes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution.
Who Should Apply?We're looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing or has completed any Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can think strategically while executing efficiently.
