Founder's Office – Growth Initiatives
INDmoney | 7+ Years of Experience
The Founder's Office at INDmoney is a small, high-intensity team that works directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff to identify, design, and execute the company's most critical growth initiatives — across organic growth, inorganic acquisition, content, brand building, partnerships, and distribution.
If you have ever wanted to build growth engines from scratch, own outcomes end-to-end, and see your decisions translate into measurable impact within weeks rather than quarters — this is that opportunity.
Founder's Office roles at INDmoney have gone on to lead business units, head new verticals, and start new ventures. This is a stepping stone — one that compresses years of learning into months.
The Role
You will identify, build, and scale high-impact growth initiatives across multiple channels:
• Organic Growth & Content Engines: Build scalable organic growth through viral content engines, content production, creator and educator networks, SEO, community-led growth, and innovative distribution channels.
• Performance Marketing & Media: Drive inorganic user acquisition through performance marketing, integrated 360-degree media planning and buying, and continuous optimisation of acquisition economics.
• Brand Building & Partnerships: Lead brand-building initiatives, high-impact brand activations, strategic partnerships, and campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and growth.
• Distribution Networks: Build and scale alternative distribution channels through sub-brokers, agents, financial advisors, research analysts, affiliates, and other partner ecosystems.
• New Growth Initiatives: Continuously identify untapped growth opportunities, experiment rapidly, and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact.
You will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff — from identifying the opportunity and defining the strategy to hands-on execution and measurable outcomes.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to build, execute, measure, and scale.
You Are a Strong Fit If
• You have demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling growth initiatives across content, marketing, brand, or distribution.
• You have built growth engines rather than simply managed existing marketing campaigns or agencies.
• You combine creativity with strong analytical thinking — every initiative must ultimately translate into measurable growth.
• You are comfortable operating across multiple growth channels and experimenting with new approaches.
• You are AI-native — you actively use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, experimentation, campaign execution, automation, and productivity.
• You operate well in ambiguity, move fast, and take complete ownership of outcomes.
• You can influence cross-functional teams and external partners without relying on formal authority.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and aspire to eventually lead a business or build something of your own.
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership in growth, content, marketing, brand, or consumer acquisition.
• Prior experience in FinTech, B2C consumer apps, consumer technology, or consumer brands.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following, with a strong understanding of the broader growth ecosystem:
Organic growth, viral content, SEO, content production, or educator/creator networks.
Performance marketing, customer acquisition, and 360-degree media planning and buying.
Brand development, activations, and strategic partnerships.
Network-led distribution, affiliates, agents, advisors, or channel partnerships.
• A demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes — user growth, customer acquisition, engagement, brand reach, revenue, or distribution scale.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including understanding acquisition costs, conversion funnels, growth efficiency, and ROI.
• Ability to independently take an initiative from problem identification through execution and scale.
Education: Engineering degree or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred. What matters more than the institution is what you have built, scaled, and delivered.
