Job details:
Company Description Meta2 Labs is a US-registered execution and growth orchestration firm that helps companies in the US and GCC deliver software, data, and go-to-market initiatives without the risk of internal hiring or managing multiple vendors. Instead of operating as a traditional agency, Meta2 Labs acts as a single accountable execution partner, owning scope, coordination, delivery oversight, and outcomes. The firm leverages vetted offshore and specialist partners to scale efficiently across software and MVP execution, revenue and go-to-market execution, and offshore delivery orchestration. Meta2 Labs is outcome-focused rather than hours-based, emphasizing founder-level ownership, accountability, and partner-led execution without agency overhead. The company collaborates best with founder-led organizations and leadership teams where execution, rather than ideas, is the main bottleneck, and supports global delivery with flexible, outcome-driven engagements.
Role Description The Founder Office Intern role is a part-time, non-paid internship that supports the founders and leadership team with day-to-day operational, strategic, and coordination activities in a remote setting. Responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing briefing documents and internal reports, and assisting with project tracking and follow-ups across software, go-to-market, and partner initiatives. The intern will help organize meetings, maintain documentation, and streamline communication between founders, partners, and clients. This role is well-suited for someone eager to learn how founder-led companies make execution decisions, manage offshore partners, and drive outcome-focused projects across multiple domains.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in business, economics, technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
