What you’ll do:
• Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic planning, research, and decision-making.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and business documentation.
• Help track key business metrics, projects, and cross-functional priorities.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of founder-led initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
•Support in special projects, process improvement, and ad-hoc business needs.
What we need:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Interest in business strategy, operations, and startup functioning.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
