Arista is a hospitality-led luxury mobility startup based in Bangalore.
The belief is simple: exceptional service should turn transportation into an experience, an extension of a great hotel, a private office cabin on the move, or a holiday that begins the moment you step into the car.
We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help build the next phase of Arista across marketing, growth, brand, collaborations and partnerships.
This is not a traditional Founder’s Office role built around strategy decks and internal coordination.
It is a hands-on role for someone who likes discovering opportunities, figuring out how to make people notice a brand, finding the right people, starting conversations, and then having the persistence to take those conversations somewhere.
If you get a small kick out of finding the person nobody else could find, spotting an interesting collaboration before anyone asks you to, or remembering to follow up on Day 17, we’d love to meet.
What you’ll work on
You’ll work directly with the founder across a broad mix of initiatives, including:
- Developing marketing ideas and campaigns that make more people discover and remember Arista
- Helping shape content across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels
- Identifying brands, creators, communities and businesses Arista should collaborate with
- Taking collaborations from idea → outreach → conversation → execution
- Researching and opening new business and distribution partnerships
- Identifying the right people inside companies and finding thoughtful ways to reach them
- Following conversations through until there is a clear outcome
- Helping Arista expand into new markets, channels and customer segments
- Coordinating with photographers, designer, creators or other external partners when needed
- Spotting opportunities nobody had explicitly asked you to look for
A large part of this role is execution and follow-through.
For us, a conversation is not complete because someone said, “send me your profile.”
It is complete when there is a clear outcome.
And marketing here does not mean simply posting three times a week.
We want someone who naturally asks:
Why would someone care?
Where should Arista show up?
Who should we collaborate with?
What would make someone remember us?
Is there a better way to do this?
Who we’re looking for
You may have 6 months of experience.
You may have 3 years.
You may have worked with luxury brands, marketing, growth, partnerships, hospitality, travel, events, a startup or somewhere less obvious.
What matters more is how you think and whether you can take ownership.
You’ll likely enjoy this role if you are:
- Unusually resourceful
- Curious about brands, people, consumer behaviour and what gets attention
- Strong at research and figuring things out independently
- An excellent communicator and writer
- Commercially conscious
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Persistent without being pushy
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Good at turning loosely defined ideas into something real
- Someone with good visual and brand judgement
- Comfortable using AI to work faster, without outsourcing your thinking to them
You do not need to be a professional designer, filmmaker or performance marketer.
But you should have enough taste to know when something feels generic, off-brand or simply not good enough.
Why this role is interesting
Arista is early stage, which is exactly what makes this role interesting.
You won’t be joining an established marketing or growth department with a fixed playbook.
You’ll help create the playbook.
You’ll work closely with the founder across positioning, marketing, collaborations, partnerships, distribution and the many small decisions that go into building a distinctive luxury brand from scratch.
Some things will work.
Some won’t.
You’ll have considerable room to experiment, learn quickly and influence how Arista grows.
