Company Description HR+ is a fractional CHRO and HR advisory practice that supports founder-led companies and family owned enterprises in India, typically between 50 and 500 team members.
The firm runs the CHRO Office as a service, focusing on faster and thoughtful hiring, proactive retention, clear roles and ownership, fair and trusted compensation, capable managers, and risk-aware compliance.
HR+ works closely with founders to resolve people issues that show up as missed revenue, delayed launches, and leadership bandwidth constraints.
Role Description The Founder’s Office Intern – Growth, Strategy & Operations is a full-time remote role supporting the leadership team across business growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. This role involves conducting market and competitor research, synthesizing insights, and preparing strategic briefs and presentations for internal and client-facing discussions. The intern will help structure and track key projects, build simple processes and dashboards, and support the design and documentation of people and HR systems for founder-led clients. Day-to-day work includes drafting clear communication and content for the founder’s office, assisting with business development activities, organizing information for decision-making, and following through on tasks to ensure timely execution. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with founders, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can move between big-picture thinking and detailed operational work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, including the ability to gather data, interpret trends, and convert insights into clear recommendations.
- Strategic thinking skills, with comfort in working on growth, go-to-market, and operational improvement initiatives in early-stage or founder-led environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including structuring documents, preparing decks, and drafting concise, professional messages.
- Process and operations skills, such as organizing workflows, creating simple tracking mechanisms, and ensuring follow-through on tasks and projects.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Well versed with social media platforms
- Comfort with technology and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms); familiarity with HR, people operations, or consulting is an advantage.
- Current student or recent MBA graduate
