Role Description This is a hybrid Founder's Office Intern role based in Delhi NCR, working directly with the founder on the strategy and execution of new initiatives. You'll help shape how new ideas are planned, launched and grown. You'll be the face and voice of the brand on social media, scripting, shooting and posting content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll also manage day-to-day operations across the team, support organic and performance marketing campaigns, and take on special projects with the founder. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership from day one and a front-row seat to how a company is built. Strong performers will be considered for a pre-placement offer (PPO).
Qualifications
- Confident on camera and comfortable being the face of the brand
- Strong English communication, both spoken and written
- Good understanding of marketing (organic + performance)
- Strategic thinking: able to research, plan and turn ideas into action
- Ownership mindset: you finish what you start without being chased
- Comfort with ambiguity and switching between tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good to have: basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar), Canva, and a personal content presence
Stipend - ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
