· A role where priorities can change quickly and the ability to adapt is essential.
What This Role Is Not
· A narrow, function-specific role.
· A passive coordination or meeting-only role.
· A role where responsibilities are limited strictly to a predefined job description.

· Work across departments to support projects and priorities that require coordination and execution across multiple teams.
· Understand how different functions connect and identify dependencies between teams.
· Build strong working relationships across departments and ensure effective communication.
· Drive follow-through without relying on formal authority.
· Support leadership reviews and operating cadences as required.
Hiring and People Operations
· Support recruitment activities including role coordination, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
· Support onboarding processes and ensure required documentation and communication are completed.
· Assist with probation tracking, milestone documentation, and follow-through.

· Document processes, create trackers, and build systems that improve visibility and predictability.
· Support the implementation of operational improvements across the business.
· Look for ways to reduce repetitive work, improve accountability, and make execution more efficient.

· Support office operations and administrative processes as required.
· Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders when needed.
· Travel to other offices, operational locations, or vendor locations as required for business needs.
· Take ownership of both high-impact projects and smaller operational tasks with equal attention to detail.
