Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations at Chaileela/Chaiलीला®. This role includes supervising service standards, managing staff schedules, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all menu items. The manager will monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and support cost control and budgeting for the outlet. Day-to-day tasks include training and coaching team members, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s values. The role also involves implementing hygiene and safety standards, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with leadership to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree and Diploma in Hospitality & Hotel Administration
- Food service and food & beverage operations skills, including managing daily service and ensuring product quality.
- Customer service skills to deliver a warm, attentive, and consistent guest experience.
- Training and team leadership skills to mentor staff, conduct briefings, and support performance development.
- Budgeting and basic financial management skills to handle cost control, inventory oversight, and reporting.
- Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environments, preferably in tea or beverage-focused concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, food & beverage, or a related field is preferred.
