FMCG Sales & Marketing Specialist – On Field

💼 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and kirana stores
Visit the market regularly and generate product orders
Expand the product's retail and distribution network
Identify new retailers, wholesalers and potential distributors
Manage market visits and prepare daily/weekly beat plans
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities
Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets
Communicate company offers, schemes and promotions to retailers
Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets
Collect market feedback and share regular reports with the management
Support new product launches and market expansion activities
🎯 Candidate Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales / Distribution
Good knowledge of the FMCG market and retail distribution system
Experience dealing with kirana stores, wholesalers and distributors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of local market areas
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field work
Ability to independently manage market visits and retailer relationships
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
⭐ Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Atta, Rice, Pulses, Spices, Namkeen, Beverages, Grocery or other FMCG categories will be preferred.
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will be based on experience and market knowledge.
