🚀 We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Engineer (EMI/EMC) | Scientific Mes-Technik Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Indore
💼 Experience: 5–10 years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/EnTC/Instrumentation/EEE)
Scientific Mes-Technik Pvt. Ltd. — a trusted name in Test & Measurement, Power Electronics, and EMI/EMC/RF & Microwave equipment since 1963 — is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to grow our EMI/EMC business vertical.
What you'll do:
🔹 Generate new business for EMI/EMC test solutions, compliance/precompliance labs & calibration services
🔹 Engage with R&D Heads, QA/Compliance Managers, Defence Labs (DRDO, BEL, HAL, ISRO), Automotive OEMs, EV Startups, PSU & NABL test labs
🔹 Conduct technical presentations, product demos, webinars & customer workshops
🔹 Drive market strategy, competitor analysis, pricing & product positioning for the EMI/EMC domain
🔹 Build strong relationships with key accounts across Automotive, Defence, EV Charging & Power Electronics sectors
🔹 Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, BOQs & tender documentation (GeM, eProc, EPC portals)
🔹 Represent SMT at exhibitions like EMI/EMC India, Auto EV Tech Expo, DefExpo
🔹 Support installation & commissioning of products
What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of EMI/EMC, RF & Microwave products
✅ Sound knowledge of EMI/EMC test standards
✅ A solution-selling mindset, not just product pitching
✅ Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills
✅ A proactive, go-getter attitude and team spirit
✅ Willingness to travel PAN India as required
