We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Coordinate with doctors, front office, nursing, and support teams.
- Manage doctor schedules, appointments, and patient slots.
- Handle patient queries and operational escalations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor daily operations and adherence to healthcare SOPs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setup – mandatory.
- Strong experience in patient flow management and doctor schedule management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities.
- Patient-centric approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
