Salary: 80,000 USD to 90,000 USD Annual CTC (Negotiable)
Preferred Profile:
* Indian expatriate with strong knowledge of Ugandan finance environment
Role Summary:
A unique opportunity exists for a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the entire financial function of a coffee processing and export operation based in Uganda.
The role is responsible for end-to-end financial management, covering factory operations, farmer procurement, and export sales, ensuring strong internal controls, full compliance, accurate reporting, and alignment with global standards.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
* Daily Operations
* General Ledger
* AP/AR
* Cash Flow
* Procurement Finance
* Inventory/Costing
* Export Finance
* Budgeting/Forecasting
* IFRS Reporting
* Ugandan Tax Compliance
* Audit Coordination
* ERP/Automation
Key Requirements:
* Degree/CPA
* 5–8+ years’ experience
* Inventory/Export focus
* Ugandan Regulatory understanding
* Intercompany experience
* ERP/Excel proficiency
