About Bombay Banta Bombay Banta is a modern Indian beverage brand bringing back authentic regional flavours in fun new formats.
About the role We are looking for a Manager Finance to own the full finance function, from daily accounting to compliance to reporting. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to build the finance backbone of a fast growing FMCG brand.
What you will do
- Manage financial accounting and reporting end to end
- Own budgeting and forecasting for the business
- Handle taxation and compliance including GST, TDS and Income Tax
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Run payroll processing and statutory compliance for PF and ESI
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for leadership
- Lead and supervise the finance team
- Work on ERP and accounting software including Busy, Tally Prime, Oracle and Excel
What we are looking for
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar finance role, FMCG or D2C background preferred
- Experience with quick commerce accounting, including platform settlements, reconciliations and reporting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance
- Hands on experience with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI)
- Comfortable managing audits independently
- Strong Excel skills, experience with Tally Prime or Oracle is a plus
- Someone who can lead a small team and also get into the details when needed
