Job details:
• Support finance-driven strategic initiatives focused on P&L optimization, including cost efficiency
programs, margin improvement, revenue enhancement, and working capital optimization
• Prepare and analyze data to support strategic initiatives, including building and maintaining Excel-based
financial models and conducting SQL-based analyses where applicable
• Partner with teams such as Product, Operations, Business Development, Finance, and other functions to
support finance initiatives
• Support project management by coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of
project outcomes
• Perform financial and business analyses such as unit economics, variance analysis, forecasting, and
scenario modeling to support decision-making
• Prepare management-ready presentations and summaries highlighting insights, progress, and
recommendations
Functional Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics, strategy, or related roles
Technical & Analytical Skills
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with a structured problem-solving approach
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Understanding of finance fundamentals is a plus
Behavioral & Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• High attention to detail and strong learning orientation
