Today, there does not exist a robot that can fit a screw into a nut without slipping a thread. Imagine what it would take for a robot to assemble a Smartphone or a car by putting together 1000s of parts with varied shapes and weights, all in random orientations. Thus, factories become complex, needing heavy customization of their environment.

About The Role:

The position involves executing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, supervising the accounting team, and updating the books on time as per the standards and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding, reviewing, and updating CynLr’s Chart of Accounts, Product & Services Master Data, Supplier Financial Information, Customer Financial Information, Budget Planning on CynLr’s ERP Software (SAP Business ByDesign)
- Executing Accounting and Financial Compliance activities pertaining to CynLr’s Procurement Activities (AP)
- Executing Domestic and International Payments through various channels to vendors and stakeholders
- Executing Financial Compliance and Accounting activities pertaining to CynLr’s Sales Activities (AR)
- Executing Domestic and International Collections from customers
- Aid in CynLr’s Fixed Asset Accounting, Inventory Valuation, Depreciation Calculations, and entries
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial compliance around Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Assist the Auditing Team in year-end financial auditing, closure of books of accounts, preparing financial statements and filing Income-tax returns
- Prepare financial reports for statutory and management requirements
What Will You Need to Do This Well:
- Deep Understanding of Financial Accounting
- Understanding and Executing of Accounts Payable and Receivable process.
- Knowledge of Taxation including Government Compliance Portals – GST, TDS, Income-tax, PT
- Familiarity with US and India GAAP
- Understanding and Executing Payment Processes
- Excellent with performance tracking and workflow design
- Excellent with organization, documentation, and interfacing with external entities.
- Excellent professional communication skills, persuasive & business communication savvy.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
