Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team!
The role involves preparation of financial statements, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, supporting audit processes, preparing management reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Ind AS is compulsory
Qualification: CA Fresher (0 - 1 year experience)

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulatory and tax requirements.
- Experience with financial process optimization, internal controls, and risk management.
- Ability to work with financial software and ERP systems, and strong proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
